Injecting ingenuity
ABOUT US
Custom moulding is a core competency at Fourmark. Big to small, high volume to medium and even low. We do it all. Fourmark is one of North America’s premier custom moulding suppliers.
Skill, precision and a razor-sharp attention to detail are the essential ingredients to precision tool-making. Fourmark’s roots are in this craft and in our blood.
From test tools to packaging production, our in-house toolmakers are the best in the business. Short lead times and flawless results are business as usual at Fourmark.

Project Management that Meets Business Realities
Nimble, responsive and aggressive, Fourmark can move from design engineering to real-world prototyping to production ready and in market in record time.

SQF and Peanut Free.
Fourmark is a Peanut Free facility and holds Safe Quality Food (SQF level 2) Certification that demonstrates Fourmark produces, processes, prepares and handles food products to the highest possible standards.
The SQF program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) as operational procedures that offer a seamless ‘field to fork’ food safety and quality certification solution. It provides supply chain management for both primary production (SQF 1000) and food manufacturing and distribution (SQF 2000).

From the latest Husky Injection Moulding machines, In-Mould-Labeling and advanced robotics and automation systems, we employ the latest technologies for our customers.
One of our most interesting technology applications is our vision technology which analyses every package for any discrepancy in the fraction of a second. As a result, clients have as close to no returns as technology can provide. The hidden costs resulting and lost man hours from off spec packages can be significant.
